I've had a really lovely stay in beautiful town of Parma. The location was wonderful and I could use private parking close to the hotel. Moreover, it was not far from sanctuary of Santa Maria Della Steccata. The room was well-appointed and extremely pleasant here with balcony...
The hotel staff was really rude.

Extremely pleasant, airy units provided with a spectacular view of Parma. Fabulous food for breakfast.

Our room was nicely decorated with fridge. The hotel was in a very central setting sure to plug in the exact address 'via Giuseppe Verdi 1' to avoid getting ticketed in the pedestrian ZTL area. There was Il Tempio nearby, offering quick meals.

Luxurious, fairly clean hotel with really friendly and amiable personnel at reception desk. Fantastic and stunning location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from National Gallery. Based close enough to many restaurants & the old town, the nearby plaza with a rock concert in the afternoon and evening, and Parma Cathedral, sanctuary of Santa Maria Della Steccata and other sights.
Beds were very hard.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and popular tourist attractions. Our room was attractive and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking a nearby church dome. The staff was attentive and promptly fulfilled our requests. Despite the small size of the room, it was typical for a European city and still provided a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a bonus for staying connected. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.
